Some recent analysts and commentators have claimed that smartphones can pose a danger to corporate security. David Wood, executive vice president of research at Symbian, believes that although there are good reasons for the industry to be concerned with the issues of mobile security, provided that businesses and people follow some basic rules, there’s no real threat from smartphones. In fact, he goes on to argue that smartphones will increasingly become the keystone of enterprise security.
