New film recorded with Nokia N90

New Love MeetingsNew Love Meetings“, the new feature-length (93-minute) documentary on love and sex, will be shoot with a standard cell phone camera. Well, not exactly standard – it’s Nokia N90, a smartphone with Carl-Zeiss 2 megapixel video camera.

The movie is created as a modern version of the 1965 documentary “Love Meetings” by Pier Paolo Pasolini and is the first feature film to be entirely shot with mobile phone.

Low costs (project cost only a few thousand dollars) and greater flexibility were among the reasons why authors decided to use a cell phone… CNN has a complete story.
