Oxygen Phone Manager II v2.10 for Symbian smartphones released

Oxygen Software just released the new version (v2.10) of Oxygen Phone Manager II for Symbian OS phones, a PC application that lets your PC and mobile phone communicate with each other. The main advantage of the new version is support for Nokia (NYSE: NOK) S60 3rd Edition devices.

New in this version:

• Software certification. Phone agent successfully passed Symbian Signed Certification for S60 3rd Edition smartphones and received “for Symbian OS” logo
• S60 3rd Edition support. Oxygen Phone Manager II v2.10 for Symbian smartphones now supports all new Nokia smartphones, including the phones from the popular E and N-Series.
• Forensic Edition. Added Forensic Export Wizard and Forensic Administration section.
• Phonebook, Messaging. Program warns about billable events like sending messages before the event now.
• Log Records. Added ability to export Log to external file in PDF, RTF, plain text and other formats.
• Phonebook. Internet/3G page on VCard extended with new fields: Internet Phone, Share View, SIP, PTT. Added ability to set default PTT and Internet Phone attributes. Separate First Name and Last Name fields are handled correctly while loading PB2 files (Oxygen Phone Manager for Nokia phones phonebook file).
• Gallery. Added ability to stop the process of reading files information.
• Calendar, Planner. Newly created event start date corresponds selected day in planner now. Outdated event handling applies to visible events only.
• Log Records, Application manager. The sections use global program font settings now.
• Messaging, Profiles, To-do. Added ability to re-size columns with double click on header column borders.
• Application manager. Size unit depends on the file size value now.
• Messaging. Attachment icons correspond the icons set in operating system. Added ability to sort messages by storage type.
• Phone agent. Improved OPMAgent interface.
• New program icons were added to the main file. See EXE file properties sheet.
