Two free UIQ 3 applications

Malcolm Bryant of FreEPOC has recently released two very useful applications for UIQ 3 devices – jZip and jText.
jZip (current version is 2.01) is an easy to use zip and unzip utility for the users of Sony Ericsson (NYSE: SNE)’s latest smartphones (P990/M600/W950). jZip is also available for other platforms including EPOC (Psion), UIQ 2 and old Nokia (NYSE: NOK) Communicator 92xx platform.
jText (current version is 1.05) is a simple UIQ 3 text editor with Unicode support and an ability to password-protect files. UIQ 2 version is also available.
I have seen INFRA RED REMOTE CONTROL APPLICATIONS for nokia phones with the remote control installed in infrared available phones you can control the electronic items which has remote controls operated through INFRARED like TV, SPLIT AC, MUSIC SYSTEM etc
I am searching for the same application that is compatible with Sony Erickson P1i phone
please help me by telling where i can download it
