The Finnish company’s refreshed L’Amour lineup, announced two months back, has at last set sail for this part of Asia. In Singapore, we’re told the phones will be available from November 25, Saturday.

The new threesome remain true to the "nouveau-ethnic" feel of the original collection launched in 2005 for the style-conscious crowd. Design-wise, the latest additions have gone with the elemental flow and inspiration of the Middle East and Africa.

As a quick update, the 7390 flip phone was crafted for those anticipating Nokia’s first 3G fashion phone, With a multimedia feature set that includes a 3-megapixel camera with autofocus and flash, FM radio, MP3 player and MP4 video player, and microSD card slot, it’s no wonder this has been tagged at a premium S$748 (without contract).

Nokia’s also catered to the midrange segment, pricing the 7373 swivel handset with its 2-megapixel camera and FM radio at S$558 (without line). The 7360 candy bar is clearly a budget offering at S$388 (without plan) with its VGA camera and video recorder. This last sibling comes in a choice of powder pink or bronze black.

Are these prices in USD?! $750 holy molly! I’m cringing as to the thought of what the next Nokia Communicator will cost.

UPDATE: Minna was nice enough to leave me a comment informing me that the S in front of the $ symbol means Singapore dollars. So it isn’t $750, in reality it is only around $480. Thanks Minna!

  1. Minna says:

The text is from C-Net Asia so it could be Singapore dollars (you see the S in front of the $ sign?). 750 Singapore dollars is about 483 US dollars, says Google. That sounds better, doesn’t it?

  2. Makes a lot more sense, thanks for that tip!
