We’ve already posted information about Swiss Manager for Sony Ericsson (NYSE: SNE) Symbian UIQ 3-based smartphones. This time we’re showing off the more powerful Pro version which brings several important enhancements:

• Status icon (always visible, displays time, RAM usage and CPU usage).
• Task menu (opened by tapping the Status icon, provides task switching and cleanup).
• Favorites (found within the Task menu, offers quick access to frequently used programs).
• In Task view: the info dialog contains more items.
• In File view: the info dialog allows changing file attributes and viewing drive details.
• In System view: the info dialogs for each sysinfo line contain more items.
• Option to show hidden tasks and end system applications (Settings/Task).
• Option to resist exit requests (Settings/Behavior).
• Options to adjust the appearance and behavior of the Status icon (Settings/Icon).

After spending some time with Swiss Manager Pro, one wonders – why it hasn’t come preloaded on my phone. To summarize, it’s a great utility, that will make your smartphone usage much easier. Here’s the link to the Swiss Manager Pro page.
