Howard Chui reviews Nokia 6126

Inhand
I had a lot of conflicting feelings about the 6126. On paper it’s not that impressive; besides the two large high resolution display and great keypad and memory card slot, you don’t get anything too special. There’s no email, the browser is nothing special, the camera only has 1.3 megapixels. But there’s something about the 6126 that makes it nice to use. It’s small yet fits nicely in your hand. The spring loaded flip plus the large easy to use keys makes the phone very intuitive to use.

While not short on features, the 6126 doesn’t suffer from feature overload like some phones which is nice for those who are looking for a simple phone but may want to explore some of it’s other features down the road.

Come on Nokia (NYSE: NOK), make a flip phone that I would actually want to purchase. So far they’ve all been sub par in the quality department to be honest. Call me biased, I do prefer candy bar phones, but is that because I’ve yet to see you guys make a clamshell design I would lust over.
