		<description>There&#039;s a policy that the HSDPA service are not encouraged to be used with HSDPA capable phones, it is usable with modems only. If you use it with the phones, effectively you cannot have a voice plan on the same SIM card which defeats the purpose of having a HSDPA phone in the first place.
