Nokia E61 firmware reaches version 3.0633.09.04. E61 owners are free to visit Nokia Phone Software Updater service and update their devices.
According to E-Series blog, among the changes/improvements are:
- Faster UI performance
- Faster web browsing
- If you accidentally press the voice record button on the side the application launches but doesn’t start to automatically record like before!
- SMS sending now faster
- Changes to Internet Telephony Application
- Better IMAP handling
As always, it is suggested that you backup all your information before updating.
