Behringer Harvard Wayside LLC, an affiliate of Dallas-based Behringer Harvard, purchased the interconnected office buildings at 5 and 15 Wayside Road in Burlington, MA, for $82.27 million, or about $304 per square foot. Wayside Land Realty Trust I & II, affiliates of The Gutierrez Co., sold the property, which serves as the northeast regional headquarters of technology company Nokia (NYSE: NOK).
The office buildings total 270,558 square feet and sit along the Route 128 office corridor, about 12 miles northwest of Boston. They were constructed in 1999 as a build-to-suit project for Nokia, designed by Symmes Maini & McKee Associates and developed and constructed by The Gutierrez Co.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group of Robert E. Griffin, Jr., Edward C. Maher, Jr. and Marci Griffith Loeber represented the seller and procured the buyer.
The 5 Wayside building totals 132,965 square feet on five floors. Nokia expanded in 2001 to the four-story, 137,593-square-foot 15 Wayside building. The complex, along with one other office building, is part of the planned 470,000-square-foot Burlington Office Park II.

Hope everything is alright
The taxes are pretty high in the North Eastern part of America. That’s one of the reasons I moved down south to TX.
