Sony Ericsson W950i new firmware available

Sony Ericsson W950iNew firmware, version R4A11, is available for the Sony Ericsson (NYSE: SNE) W950i. Proud W950i owners can update their devices via Sony Ericsson Update Service. Changes include:

  • Speaker function available while dialing
  • Language function available in Walkman’s “Settings”. It can show proper wording instead of “squares of unknown characters”
  • Bluetooth connection is stabilized
  • Overall speed improvement
  • New version of the web browser

    Where can i get this from i really hate my w950i i even went and got the w850i so much better but i olny did it cus the w950i is unstable and when i try to update it the updatesystem says i have the latest… does any1 have the file you use to update or know where i can get it from?

    Ok, so after downloading the update centre software and holding the C button (Just as the instructions say) for 30 minutes! nothing happens…
    Anyone know where I can just download the firmware and force install it?
