Porting to UIQ 3 from S60

NewLC has authored the guide for UIQ Technology, describing the port of a simple multiview application from S60 2nd Edition or 3rd Edition to the UIQ 3 platform. The document and the application is kept as simple as possible to focus on the core differences, and the full source code of the three versions is included.
