Ruby for Symbian reaches UIQ

RubyLogo Ruby for Symbian reaches UIQRuby, a reflective, object-oriented programming language, which steadily gains momentum thanks to the open-source Rails framework, has been released for the UIQ 3 platform.

The Symbian POC module will be built in several phases to ensure it evolves according to Ruby developers requirements. In this update the POC library has been extended with simple rendering and ability to play a sound clip. Next updated is scheduled for February. (via: AllAboutSymbian)
