Nokia Research Center has developed a “Wellness Diary which is available as a free download from their website. Since living healthier was one of my three new year’s resolutions I will give it a try.

Come rain, come shine, I will use it for thirty days and then report back. Is it good? Did it change my life(style)? I’m a healthier than I was before I started using it? Check back in 30 days and you’ll find out.

The application promises to make it easier to take an active role in managing your health by tracking and monitoring various aspects of your health and life.

Mark my words – I’ll be back in 30 days with a full review. In the meanwhile here are some more screenshots.

Good luck mate! I wouldn’t mind adding a few pounds of muscle myself.
