Nokia is really taking social media seriously

When I get bored I often browse the Nokia (NYSE: NOK) careers page. It helps me get an idea of what the company is trying to do, and what sort of experience and education I need to have under my belt in order to become an employee. This job post is awesome:
Position Description:

As a web experience manager within Nokia Strategic Marketing/Lifetime Relationship Management you will create, concept, manage, organize and facilitate various web concepts for nokia.com globally as well as ensure the implementation of those are planned and approved. You will also contribute to the overall Nokia web strategy creation which is aligned with Nokia marketing strategy as well as individual business group strategies.
Requirements:
6-8 years of working experience in online and business development related work with unique insight into Nokia process and realities of implementing global concepts at the area and local level. Proven communications skills sensitive to multicultural environment, negotiation and problem solving skills. Financial and budgeting experience required. Strategy development experience. Experience in project management, quality, measurement and process development. Facilitation and orchestration skills. Experience in consumer marketing. Agency understanding and experience required.
Business Unit Description:
The focus in Lifetime Relationship Management is to convert Nokia switchers into Nokia loyalists and retain them. Online is a key channel to make this happen and web experience and its continuous improvement plays an important role.
