I don't like limits. Why should Nokia tell me that I can only have 5 tasks in my my active tool bar?

I liked how my S40 phone had a menu where I could enable as ever many tasks as I wanted. Some people might need 6 tasks, others 7.

My Nokia E61 has 7 items. I really wish it did 9. A simple scrolling icon list would be all I need. I'd like to see Nokia implement that.

"I see that the active screen has changed, stinks that I'm still limited to a fixed number of icons. Why can't I scroll thru a list of applications so I would never have to hit the menu button again?"

Because that renders the "menu" button useless. Duh. I personally prefer having it this way. Anymore than 5, anyways, and I run out of things to put up there! I have plenty of 3rd party apps on my phone, but I like them in specific places in the menu.
