Symbian Freak is test driving Nokia’s YouTube support

By Stefan Constantinescu on Monday, February 12th, 2007 at 10:56 PM PST In 3GSM 2007

I hate to say it … but I like Google (NSDQ: GOOG) Video more. Since they don’t have that stupid 10 minute limit there are usually a lot of discovery channel specials as well as documentaries to be found. Then again there are a lot more Daily Show, Colbert Report, and Top Gear clips on YouTube. It’s a trade off. One step at a time, baby step.

Best line:

Indeed, this is just great I was so excited to try it out and see how it works in practice. Also I was surprised that Video Centre and YouTube supports progressive downloading which actually makes instant playback possible, in practice it means that you can enjoy video while downloading is in progress.

Will take a video of YouTube in action tomorrow and post it on YouTube itself LOL so you’ll be able to see how it looks like in the practice, on N95 of course.
