OpenMoko Neo1973 availability and pricing announced

OpenMoko Neo1973OpenMoko, the world’s first open-source mobile communications platform, recently revealed the two important details many of us has been waiting for – the price and the date.

Official developer launch of the Neo1973 handset is set for May 25, when the new device will be sold for $350. Non developers will still have to wait till September 11, when the more powerful Neo1973 sporting a faster CPU will be released.
