Free Marketing for Apple and iPhone

Who says nothing in life is free? Well, for Steve Jobs and Apple (NSDQ: AAPL) Inc., apparently about $400 million worth of marketing is free.
Apple is touted, time and again, for products that are innovative and unique. Apple sets trends. But you also need to have a good marketing strategy. Peter Sealey, a professor at Claremont Graduate University, tells USA Today just what is needed for marketing success. Aside from innovation, you need simplicity, memorable ads, good PR (product placement and flagship stores), secrecy, and a healthly dose of showmanship. If you can do this all while putting the competition on blast, you too can be like Steve Jobs and Apple.

When iPhone launches a lot of people are going to be switching to Cingular. I have already switched mainly because Verizon did not provide service where we moved. I found a great deal at Wireless MarketPlus. It was easy to sing up and the phones where delivered right to my door. No more waiting in lines to talk to high pressure sales people.
