Treo 750v running Windows Mobile 6!?

We’ve already heard some rumors involving a Treo 750 running Windows Mobile. But, this time it seems more believable. MobilityToday’s David Ciccone posted two screenshots on their site, with a short text explaining that at the moment he can’t talk more about it. On the other side of the web, PalmInsider also has that information confirmed. So, it’s two reputable websites claiming that Palm (NSDQ: PALM) is joining the WM6 bandwagon. I say – go for it Palm!

This is great. But will it be possible to ditch 5 for existing users and install WM6?
I think that’s going to depend on the phone. You’ll probably have to flash the ROM with a WM6 ROM designed for you phone. I just got WM6 running on my TYTN last week.
