Nokia’s annual US Securities and Exchange Commission report is up

By Stefan Constantinescu on Monday, March 12th, 2007 at 12:11 PM PST In Financial/Corporate News

Nokia PR:

Nokia (NYSE: NOK) has filed its annual report on Form 20-F with the US
Securities and Exchange Commission. The report is available in
pdf-format at www.nokia.com/financials.

Shareholders may request a hard copy of the report free of charge through Nokia’s Internet pages.

Best press release ever! A link, a direct explanation of said link, period.

Now I downloaded this monstrous 216 page pdf; their is a lot of data to digest. I’ll give it a good once over while I’m flying to NY on Wednesday, but I bet by the end of today one of the larger financial institutions will have a nice one page summary telling you everything you need to know.

One snippet: $7.2 Billion in profit for the year of 2006.

I bet the recently redundant former Nokia employees are very happy to hear Nokia made such a huge profit this year! ;)
