Oh, T-mobile, we thought you were on our side. While all your competitors were raising their text rates, you held steadfast. We thought you cared about us, or at least realized that your weak, single-band coverage was redeemed by your SMS strength. Oh well, now that you raised your rates, you breached your own contract. That gives all us once loyal subscribers a way out of your contract grips, without have to pay that ETF (early termination fee)!

Be nice to your customer service rep. and you too can get out from under that tmobile burden.
