Apple Looking for European Carrier for iPhone

vodafoneThe Guardian reports that Apple (NSDQ: AAPL) may be looking for a Europe-wide carrier for its upcoming iPhone. Apple has been flirting with carriers in the European Union in hopes of catching the “right one” for its iPhone rollout towards the end of 2007. And industry insiders seem to think that Vodafone (NYSE: VOD) may be the leading candidate for the honor of carrying the iPhone.
