New Nokia patent: N99 related?

Nokia N99 pictures and soaped-up specs may have been a fantasy and Photoshop skill show-off by some eager fan. But then again, it may have not.
Recent patent filing shows that Nokia (NYSE: NOK) is indeed working on a slider phone with QWERTY keyboard and numeracial keyboard:
I’m still calling shenanigans on the N99 picture since the screenshot of the word processor is obviously copied from Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) Office 2003. Not to mention the huge departure from Finnish design and other Nokia phones:
