		<description>1. If Nokia is dumb enough to pitch Cingular a device with ONLY UMTS 1900 (and not 850) then it WILL get canned. Thats why the 6282 and N80 (US Variant) never made it. Regardless of the fact that Cingular has yet to start using UMTS 850 (AFAIK), they require it in their devices, for future build-outs. 

2. When I did my hands-on back in Jan/Feb with the N75, my contact told me that they had seen a Cingular document showing the N95 on the roadmap for Q4. I didn&#039;t believe it at the time, either.
