Changing input devices like that, while in theory sounds great, is a bad idea to most users. Most of the reason that I'm able to quickly access and manipulate my device is because I know exactly where each button is and what it does, 100% of the time. If they're changing based on what I'm doing, that's going to throw a whole new loop. And what if you end up with even the slightest lag? Nay. This is kinda like the idea for a menu that changes based on what you use the most. It's a great idea, and would work great for some, but I have a certain way that I put things so that I can easily access the things I want to. If my device is constantly moving crap around on me, I'm liable to throw it through the window. I have to disagree.
