Dusan: CTIA ended and we’re back; Symbian 9.5 was THE news of the event!

Ok guys, the CTIA is over, leaving us with many, many @LINK0@. Among the most important ones is the release of the Symbian v9.5. If you’re still not familiar with what will the updated version of the best and most-widely used mobile OS (I love the way it sounds) bring, I would suggest you to read our @LINK1@. I’ll just use this opportunity to emphasize one thing – it will bring even more multimedia and connection features to the already powerful Symbian devices! Plus, it will be the first mobile OS to support the @LINK2@ for smartphones.
In the other Symbian news, Nokia (NYSE: NOK) announced its music-dedicated @LINK3@ model, we have two Nokia N76 @LINK4@ @LINK5@, and the N95 is already @LINK6@ on T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) UK, and is set for @LINK7@ in the States…
That other mobile OS (I think it’s called Windows Movile or something), generated more news. After all they still have a lot to catch-up. Guess Will will rant about that. I would mention @LINK8@, the best WM-powered device on the market, which aims to re-define the word “mobile”.
It’s kinda funny. One thing I’ve expected hasn’t been announced – first Service pack for “that other mobile OS”. Maybe Will has more information about that? Huh, Will?

Does anyone have a link to some screenshots of v9.5?
Well, there are no screenshots. Symbian works similarly to Linux. It has its core (that’s the actual Symbian OS – think of it as a kernel), and the software platform on top of it – S60, UIQ or MOAP. The latter also includes the UI.
