C|Net’s Asia branch has information about a treasure hunt on steroids hosted by Nokia. Sounds a lot like what happened in Dubai.
Basically you have to use the N95 to collect information which then leads you to the next part of your mission, rinse and repeat. Sounds like a blast, I would love to see one of these organized in NYC.
There is a similar event here in my country (Thailand) where you use the GPS around Bangkok. =O
