BlackBerry Push Email Crashed – CrackBerry Addicts Spiral Into Despair

Research In Motion’s push email servers give the BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) its addictive email functionality. And last night’s server crash is still causing service interruptions and leaves CrackBerry addicts in a state of despair and withdrawal. Rim is working hard to get the system back up and running at full steam, but the down time inevitably caused a huge backup in email delivery. There will be no deluge of backlogged emails, as RIM will slowly deliver the emails so as not to crash their system again. Stay strong! Your CrackBerry fix is almost on its way! Until then, those of you jonesin’ for some CrackBerry goodness can just log onto your computer and check your emails. You crazy addicts, you.

I didn’t even notice it was down/slow till I heard it in the news.
What the hell is the big deal?
Apparently some people made it through un-harmed. Glad to hear you had no problems!
