loks like everyone’s doing 2 things at the same time, hence one of the two activities being ’second nature’.. but the guy with the basketball cant check his text message without stopping bouncing the ball.
seems like theyre trying to show us interaction with the phone is like second nature, since its become such a natural thing to do, yet the guy stops bouncing the ball to interact with the phone, which interrupts the flow of his other activity, which in turn seems counterproductive to doing two things at the same time.
or maybe thats the point of the ad – that the Nokia phone is not second nature and demands your full attention.
Second nature has nothing to do with doing two things at once, though Geek is right.
The point is to show that whipping out and flipping a that pretty black Nokia is just as easy as dancing, tying your shoes or whatever else you can spot in that commercial in the sense that you can do it without even thinking. I suppose that’s true, but I’d still like to use my brain to think about what the message said on the phone when I receive it.
Second nature is doing things without effort, its the stuff we do everyday and take for granted even if it’s not easy to do by others.
Nokia is trying to say that its devices are part of your life, and dealing with them is a second nature
What??? hehehehe
