HTC Libra approved by the FCC

HTC Libra just cleared the FCC and is ready to hit the Verizon (NYSE: VZ) shelves. As you may recall, Libra is basically an HTC Vox which boasts a CDMA instead of a GSM radio. Apparently, the upcoming device will also be upgradable to EV-DO Rev. A, meaning more speed for data centric users. So, if you’re into HTC Windows Mobile smartphones and wanted to switch the carrier, maybe you should give it another thought… (via: Engadget)
