There are plenty of services out there that let you run price comparisons on your cell phone – smarter.com, shopper.com, and Price Grabber mobile.But Frucall, recently out of beta and in shiny, version 2.0 digs, gives you more options and flexibility than the competition. With Frucall, you can compare product prices via voice, SMS text message, or mobile browser. The most interesting option has to be the barcode search. Simply goo to Frucall’s mobile site (www.Frucall.com/m) find the your barcode, enter the string of numbers under the black bars, and Frucall will find prices on that product. If you’d like, you can do this via voice or SMS text by dialing 1-888-Dofrucall.
