Top selling phones in the UK; LG, Sony Ericsson and Nokia top

Mobile phone users in the United Kingdom love the music phones. Furthermore, they love to have a stylish handset (who doesn’t), and are not “afraid” to pay for it — even if it requires signing for a long-term contract, or pouring out the good ol’ cash.

That’s at least what the latest mobile phone sale figures are suggesting. Here are the top 10 sellers in the UK:

1. LG Shine - the original, slider version
2. Sony Ericsson (NYSE: SNE) W880i - slim Walkman phone
3. Nokia (NYSE: NOK) 6300 - well priced business handset that is also quite slim
4. Nokia 6233 - 3G bar phone
5. Samsung D840 - super slim slider
6. Samsung D900 - Ultra thin slider
7. Nokia N73 - Nokia’s smartphone with a powerful camera
8. Sony Ericsson K800i - best Sony Ericsson camera phone (along with K810i)
9. LG Prada phone - Well, well…
10. Sony Ericsson W850i - Sony Ericsson’s slider Walkman phone
