The rumored upgrade to ATTingular’s 8525 smartphone has been released and is officially available for download. The upgrade was slated for an April 25 release, so it’s a bit late to the party. Cingular 8525 users can expect the upgrade to enable the promised PTT (push-to-talk) functionality on the re-branded HTC TyTn. Oh, and the upgrade will replace the “Cingular” branding with the new “AT&T” logo.
