		<description>I think Alltel should ask customers if they want Axcess when they sign up for service instead of scamming their customers to downloading things and charging monthly subcriptions that they can&#039;t get help on to cancell. I have tried to get help from Alltel for 4 months and now I&#039;m getting angry that I&#039;m joining blogs and making my comments just to be heard. It sounds to be a common problem. I thought Alltel would be better than that.

I have tried calling customer service many times. I tried following the steps to cancel on the cell phone but I continue to get charged.</description>
