C|Net reviews the N75: Was it worth the wait? Meh

Horrible battery life, loaded with proprietary connectors and the camera quality does not match the rest of the N Series line up.

“Also, we found it a bit awkward to take pictures using the internal display as your viewfinder”..
Nice job? You use the external display as your viewfinder..
Also, saying as a bad point: “There’s no HSDPA support, Wi-Fi, or GPS.”
Ok, I could MAYBE give that HSDPA would have been nice, but to complain about it not having WiFI and GPS is just utter bullshit! Does she not freaking realise that its ALL about price point and trying to balance features that can be afforded at that price point? Does she really think that a phone with all those things would be now selling at $50 (!!!!!) with 2 year contract. Get a life Bonnie and get professional beyond staring at specs.
PS. people on Howardsforum do seem to have had differing experiences with battery life. Some say its fine, others have had bad experiences.
Cnet’s mobile phone reviews aren’t that great. PC Mag (Sascha Segan) does a much better job. He also gives the N75 a so-so review.
Sascha’s is much better yes, but it sounds like he _might_ have had a faulty unit as other users are saying they are not having battery probles.
Also, I don’t think 7 hours of music playback is “unacceptably short”..
