That means they sell hundreds of millions of headsets &gt;&gt; ALL manufacturers have defective devices &gt;&gt; even a small fraction of defective ones out of hundeds of millions is bound to lead to lines and not everyone getting stellar service.

		<description>I am from India and would never recommend a Nokia.
Its got the worst service of all of the hand set companies in India.
Even after 3 rounds to the repair centre, my nokia phone is till not working.
Its a common feature here, with more people standing in lines for second/third time repair after their handset is not repaired the first time itself.</description>
