That means they sell hundreds of millions of headsets >> ALL manufacturers have defective devices >> even a small fraction of defective ones out of hundeds of millions is bound to lead to lines and not everyone getting stellar service. Its got the worst service of all of the hand set companies in India. Even after 3 rounds to the repair centre, my nokia phone is till not working. Its a common feature here, with more people standing in lines for second/third time repair after their handset is not repaired the first time itself. I am from India and would never recommend a Nokia.
