SKY IM-R200 Revealed By Pantech & Curitel – LCD Keypad Slider

Pantech & Curitel’s high-end brand, SKY, has just announced their newest phone – the SKY IM-R200 slider. While this baby is packed with a 2 megapixel camera (with autofocus), microSD slot, 116 MB onboard memory, and secondary video conference camera, the nifty LCD keypad is what gets us all excited about the newest slider to hit the press. Slide the sleek upper LCD upwards and voila! There’s another LCD underneath! The LCD serves as the keypad, because pressing hard keys can be too taxing for some of you. And by “you” we mean Koreans, since no one else will be getting their hands on this thing.
**UPDATE** Pantech has just announced the launch of this unique dual-touchscreen slider. Specs are as expected, with a nice little surprise – the secondary screen is an OLED with tactile feedback! We’re not likely to see this thing outside of Korea, but then, that’s to be expected. **END UPDATE**
