Im having the same problem – no idea how to download anything – music games or new videos onto the phone. The manual is in chinese and so is a couple of the phones features, even when on the english setting.

It is a really cool phone and its frustrating to see the potential of it in the videos etc that come with it and not get to use it like this yourself.

Mine was supposed to come with a computer disk but didnt.

If you have purchased NCKIA phones are you are experiencing technical problems, i advise you to begin chinese language classes immediately. It is the only way you will understand how to use their manuals, download their software and fix the problems. Anyway, 20% of human beings on this planet speak chinese!!!

Anyone that is thinking about getting a Nckia maybe ask a dealer eg 02, vodafone if you could ship the phone through them if they agree then you could go to them for help.
