Ken Camp: If it wasn’t for the camera, the N95 would be an uninteresting phone

Check out what Ken Camp has to say about the N95 and N Series devices in general. He is the only member of the N Series blogger relation program that has no problem slamming a device left and right, yet Nokia keeps on sending him more toys to play with. I like that.

After trialing the N95 for a less than a week I quickly came to the
conclusion that the only thing worth drooling over is the spec sheet. We all love high end specifications, but when do devices become interesting again?

I’ve been blogging about cell phones for less than half a year now and have quickly reached the point of exhaustion when it comes to reading about all these incremental upgrades. To be perfectly honest with you I find the LG Prada to be a more interesting device than the N95 since they actually did something no one else has done before.

Call me a pessimist or a user with stupidly high expectations, but I want to see some company release a device that does something I’ve never seen before or does something that everyone else does, but different. Unique.
