O2 UK makes BlackBerry Curve available

While U.S. carriers, namely AT&T (NYSE: T) and T-Mobile (NYSE: DT), are still quiet about the official release date of the recently announced BlackBerry Curve, on the other side of the pond O2 (NYSE: TEF) has been busy preparing to launch this ultimate consumer-oriented device. The BlackBerry Curve page is already live on O2’s site, and is ready for immediate purchase. Consumers and business in Britain can even get the Curve for free, if they sign for an appropriate account (the one that will make your monthly cell phone bill go wild). Still, if you’re already spending a decent amount on your phone bill, and are looking for some QWERTY push-email love, this could be THE offer you’ve been waiting for. (via: BoyGenius)

Please Can I buy a blackberry 8830 phone alone and use it on a different SIM.
Thank you
