I don’t know how well you know about the CECT mobile phone that you wrote about, but…

I keep on getting a strange pop up on my mobile when I first switch it on. It says “insert Sim” even though I’ve inserted both sim cards into the slots correctly. The phone worked fine at first, but for some strange reason…(not sure if I entered the sim card alil too rough and have damaged the sensor or something) this is what’s up with it now.

Please help if you know what I can do to get it fixed.
