BlackBerry 8830 coming to Telus

BlackBerry 8830 coming to TelusTelus in Canada is about to get RIM’s BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) 8830 World Edition. The so called “world phone” boasts both GSM and CDMA radios, allowing consumers to use a single device around the globe.

The release date is still not specified — at the moment you can sign-up to be informed when this baby hit the stores. The price is known, and is set for $499 CDN (about $450 USD) with a 3-year term.

Also, according to the image on the promo page, Telus (NYSE: TU)’ BlackBerry will come in black (like the one Sprint is offering). (via: BGR)
