Canadian GSM carrier Rogers (NYSE: RCI) recently released the bold, and charitable RED Motorola (NYSE: MOT) KRZR K1 for about $150 – when you sign up for a 3-year contract (eeek!), of course. Aside from getting that hot, red color scheme, you’ll get that warm and fuzzy feeling from the knowledge that your purchase will help eliminate AIDS from Africa – through the Moto(RED) campaign. But, with a 3-year contract, we don’t know how long that charitable feeling will last.
