We love it when manufacturers tip their hand by accident. In this case, Sony Ericsson’s rumored W999i Walkman Phone was mistakenly outed when the company posted the W999i on the GSM Association’s website. The details on the phone are still slim, but we have confirmation that the phone does exist, that it will be released, and that it rocks the 2-letter-per-rocker-key layout and HSDPA. Rumor pegs the camera at 2megapixels, but we’ll just have to wait for more official details.
Look for this slider Walkman phone to drop sometime in the near future. We wish we could give you an approximate release date, but you’ll just have to settle for “coming soon.”
