Just in case you still have questions about the upcoming iPhone, MacRumors got a copy of the leaked “iPhone Sales Training Workbook” that is provided to AT&T employees. We’ll cover the training manual in two section, pros and cons. Bare in mind that pros are shorter only because you’re probably already aware of the iPhone’s good sides, which we won’t repeat here. Let’s roll…

Pros:
- Vibrate mode is included
- Calls won’t kill your browsing if you’re on a WLAN
- Video and music playback pauses when user is taking a call
- Email: Users can email images and video clips, use rich text formatting
- Automatic address completion
- Smart error correction and prevention on the keyboard will be used only “when you need it”
Cons:
- No one-touch dialing - two touches at a minimum are required
- Voice dialing not supported? Actually it isn’t mentioned anywhere in the documents
- IM clients are also not supported. Hopefully we’ll see the app for this released in the near future.
- MMS is also not supported
- No GPS or TeleNav support
Misc:
- AT&T’s MEdia Net services will not be available on iPhone. You’ll have to use iTunes for all your multimedia.
Please note that some pages from the workbook are missing, and this isn’t the complete manual. Hopefully, we’ll see new features uncovered in the next 20 days. In that sense, WWDC is tomorrow and Gizmodo bets Jobs will announce YouTube on iPhone. Let’s keep our fingers crossed… ![]()
