If you’re in America you probably have no clue what Jaiku or Widsets actually are. Jaiku is the Finnish version of Twitter. Main differences are the fact that it has some location based services embedded and it is an application that sits on your phone as opposed to SMS powered.
Widsets is what happens when you misspell Widgets. It is a Java application (where is the native S60 version Nokia?) that is similar to a custom start page such as iGoogle, PageFlakes and even Mac OS X’s Dashboard.
Now that you have the basic lingo down, what exactly is Nokia announcing today?
There is a Jaiku widget on widsets. Try saying that three times fast!
