Anyone else notice that the Apple website was down over the weekend? We were all hoping that the site would pop back up with a new (closer) launch date for the Apple iPhone (now that would have been nice). We were halfway out the door, checkbooks in hand, when we noticed that the site came back online with a new iPhone emphasis. The re-vamped iPhone section now features a “Showcase” gallery with tons of glamorous iPhone pics.

Apple’s iPhone is looming ever nearer and we can expect even more marketing hype as the June 29 launch date inches closer.

Hit the “Read” link for all the glorious iPhone glamor-shots!

iPHONE is for glamor and MACnipulation of the iTUNES consumer. Made for the the global clueless with extra money. Go to America to buy an iPHONE…huh?

BENQ just released the first NFC phone that runs on the new MICROSOFT mobile platform. Likely to work on the SURFACE. Very little hype, but burning up the internet. Called the BENQ T80.

Looks like MICROSOFT is trying to rain on the MACparade.

iPHONE is being scooped by none other than the lowly BENQ. Who would have ever thought of Microsoft as David and Apple as Goliath. Go figure.
