HTC Touch available in Hong Kong?

By Dusan Belic on Saturday, June 23rd, 2007 at 6:33 AM PST In Devices, HTC, Windows Mobile

As we cover every tidbit of information about the iPhone, why not do the same with its direct competitors? One device that can interfere with Jobs’ plans is certainly the recently announced HTC Touch, which is scheduled to hit the U.S. stores and carriers offerings somewhere in late 2007. However, it seems that someone spotted that it’s already available for sale in Hong Kong. Apparently, if you book your flight today, you’ll be able to grab this baby for $478 sans any contract. Guess with the carrier’s subsidies, we could expect it to retail for about $200. Pretty affordable, huh? :)

    Forget all imitations!

Just got an iPhone from the US and unlocked it…for FREE…myself, using the just-published opensource software iUnlock. Sweet stuff. Now iPhone running on my HK mobile network. Rock on!
