  Well I’ve been using the phone for the last couple of months, and the interface is still a little slow, would recommend you to wait a bit longer as Sony has announced they will be fixing the bugs. The phone is now SGD 873 here in Sunny Singapore. Not the usual Sony Ericsson interface.

  It’s official, I’ve sold my w960i after 3 months. It’s just not user friendly, I’d probably wait for the X1 to come out or the w980i(also with 8gb, flip with no touch screen!!). Problems are the software keeps hanging, the touchscreen is not working too well despite extra care, the alarm won’t go off in the mornings if the phone is waiting for you to confirm another action like add to contacts, and it’s dead slow… Also there’s no earphones jack. Camera sucks compared to my old k810i considering this is a walkman/entertainment phone. Until Sony gets their os right, I’d recommend getting another phone first.
